These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Damage Policy
To ensure a smooth resolution process, please record a video of the package unboxing. In the unfortunate event that the product arrives damaged, this video will be required to initiate a return, refund, or exchange. Please note that returns will not be accepted without this unboxing video.

Return and Cancellation Policy for Products
Due to the handmade nature of our products, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. We kindly ask that you thoroughly review all images, descriptions, and dimensions before placing an order. We can only accept returns or cancellations if the product arrives damaged.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Workshops
Once a workshop is booked, cancellations or rescheduling are not possible. We understand that plans may change, but given the difficulty in filling vacated slots, workshops and courses are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your workshop slot to another person and inform us of the change. Courses that have not yet commenced can be transferred to another individual, but once a course has started, it cannot be transferred. Refunds for residential pottery courses are available only if you cancel at least two weeks before the start date.

Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within 7 working days. At this time, we do not accommodate requests for urgent deliveries.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Within Hyderabad: 2 to 4 days

Please ensure that all details entered at the time of order are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information. In the rare event that an order is lost by the shipping partner, there will be a 30-day waiting period before a new order is dispatched. Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to remake the same item.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if a signature or OTP is provided to the delivery partner and you later claim non-receipt of the order. Please sign only after receiving your package.

Quality Assurance
Each of our products is handmade, which may result in slight imperfections. These variations are part of the charm and unique character of handmade items. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

Product Care
All ceramic pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, due to their ceramic composition, please handle them with care to avoid chipping or breakage.

PAYMENT

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
